Langa (Michigan) et al. find married people are less likely to develop dementia

"Married people are less likely to develop dementia" - Futurity. 8/28/2019.

Using Health and Retirement Study data, the study published in The Journals of Gerontology finds that married people are less likely to experience dementia as they age. Divorcees are about twice as likely as married people to develop dementia, with divorced men showing a greater disadvantage than divorced women.
