Dr. Julie Bynum, Director of the Michigan Center to Accelerate Population Research in Alzheimer’s (CAPRA), discusses the work of, and opportunities at, this Center on the Minding Memory podcast, with Donovan Maust of the Michigan Center on the Demography of Aging (MiCDA), and Matthew Davis.
Dr. Maust’s research interests focus on ensuring that older adults with mental health and cognitive disorders receive targeted, timely, and appropriate intervention.
Dr. Bynum’s research focuses on health system performance for an aging population, in particular those with high needs or cognitive impairment, as she tries to find new ways we can use data to inform better healthcare delivery, payment and policies.
