The National Institute on Aging Genetics of Alzheimer’s Disease Data Storage Site (NIAGADS), a national genetics repository, has begun making Alzheimer’s disease-relevant genetic data available to researchers studying the genetics of late-onset Alzheimer’s disease. The data will be processed by the Genomic Center for Alzheimer’s Disease (GCAD) at the University of Pennsylvania and all sequence and phenotype data will be integrated and harmonized from different sources to facilitate sharing and secondary analyses.
