Using data from the Health and Retirement Study, a new report from the Employee Benefit Research Institute shows that ratings of retirement satisfaction in the U.S. have declined from 1998 to 2012, with the percent “very satisfied” falling from 61% to 49% and the percent “not at all satisfied” rising from 8% to 10%.
