Three key affiliates of the NIA-funded Centers on the Demography and Economics of Aging are recent electees of the Population Association of America (PAA). New PAA president Eileen Crimmins is director of USC/UCLA’s Center on Biodemography and Population Health. David Bloom, a new PAA board member, is director of Harvard’s Program on the Global Demography of Aging. And Adriana Lleras-Muney, now on PAA’s Nominations Committee, is an economics faculty member of USC/UCLA’s CBPH.
